I know you've probably tried a few training, strength or rehab approaches before. So here are some questions answered
Currently, the classes run in 45 minute blocks starting at 7am until 9:15am on Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays. More classes can open up by demand.
Each attendee is assessed prior to commencing their first class and then a program is designed for them which is included and updated every 12 weeks. This is included in the weekly sessions cost with no extra charge.
Each participant is given a individualised program, so you don't have to do any big scary strength training lifts if you're not comfortable, and if it isn't suitable for your level of training. No one is FORCED of HAS TO do any exercises. I always respect what client brings to the table, and target what their body needs to get them towards there goals and away from pain.
Outside of group classes, you can book in for massage treatments, further troubleshooting of injuries. If you are part of the weekly group clases, you get discounted one on one services as an added bonus.
I absolutely love to collaborate with Allied Health to further assist your challenges. I frequently speak with them and build strong relationships, which therefore further supports any health challenges you may be experiencing. It often takes a village for best results I find. I am happy to receive your scan results in the form of conclusions so that information can inform our programming together.
Short answer...Absolutely! I have many clients who play golf, tennis or love running, and I am happy to assess, test and plug and play findings into your program to build a stronger athletic performance.
This is such a common scenario, and I empathise completely. My suggestion would be to do a one on one session first and then we can build something supportive for you, that isn't overwhelming, and we can have a smart and slow path forward. My advice is also, to not lose hope that things can improve. Sometimes the body needs less, not more. And it is also often the case, that the simple starts, with a back to basics focus can help a lot. Very happy to help.
For the time being, yes. As demand increases for afternoon/evening times, I am happy to look at options. I would actually like to offer more relaxation style classes in the evenings.
At this stage no. But I would love to start running Nervous System Balance classes. Focused on assisting exercise recovery, calming down the body and the mind for better health. I am taking expressions of interest, so feel free to mention this to me.
